Ingredients

  • 500g Sadia Chicken Wings
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Ready BBQ sauce
  • Sadia Mixed Vegetables with corn for serving

Preparation

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
    • Trim or separate wings at the joint if needed and discard the tips.
    • Pat chicken wings dry then coat them with a generous amount of salt and a little pepper.
    • Place the wings on a baking pan and cook them in the oven for about 20-22 minutes.
    • Increase the temperature to 200°C and cook until chicken wings get a nice crispy outside, about 4-5 minutes.
    • Meanwhile boil the mixed vegetables for 3 minutes. Drain well and place in a serving bowl.
    • Coat the wings with BBQ sauce or other desired sauce like buffalo sauce and serve immediately with vegetables as a side.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice can also use almond milk, skim milk, coconut milk or other flavor of juice
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Optional garnish: fresh berries and mint sprigs

Preparation

    • Place the apple juice, banana, berries and yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more liquid (1/4 cup). 
    • Taste and add honey if desired. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if desired.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries: Sweet, in-season strawberries are the most delicious if you can get your hands on them.
  • Water or other liquid: A bit of liquid is needed. I like to use one of the following: water, coconut water, sparkling water or kombucha.
  • Honey: I like to use local honey but you can also find quality raw or pure honey at the grocery store.
  • Ice Cubes: Needed to make the slushie consistency.

Preparation

  1. Make strawberry mixture: Place strawberries, water (or other liquid) and honey into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste and blend again if you added more honey.
  2. Add ice: Add ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend it up: Blend on high until the mixture takes on a slushie consistency. Adjust consistency as desired. Too thin? Add some more ice. Too thick? Add a touch more water.
  4. Enjoy: Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 Sadia Jumbo Smoky Grill beef patties
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickles, chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 burger buns, sliced
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • ¾ cup crispy fried onions
  • 400g Sadia French Fries  

Preparation

  1. Stir together mayonnaise, onion, pickles and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper then chill for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan and cook the burger patties to brown golden color on both sides. Place them in a plate aside.
  3. Meanwhile fry the fries in a deep-frying pan with vegetable oil until crispy and set aside on kitchen papers.
  4. Spread butter equally on each inner side of the sliced bun and place it down on a hot pan to have golden color.
  5. Place one jumbo smoky grill beef patty on a bottom slice of a bun, top it with sauce au poivre and crispy fried onions.
  6. Place the top bun to form a burger and serve it warm with crispy fries of your choice and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Sadia Chicken Burger Patties
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Sadia Extra Crispy French Fries

For the tzatziki sauce:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
 

Preparation

  1. Put oil in a pan and cook the chicken patties in it to get a golden color on each side.
  2. Meanwhile start preparing the tzatziki sauce by combining all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. To assemble the burger: Place each chicken patty on a big lettuce leaf and spread some tzatziki sauce on it with fresh onion ring on top and wrap it well.
  4. Bake Sadia Extra Crispy French Fries with a sprinkle of olive oil in a preheated oven to 200°C to a golden color.
  5. Place the burger wraps on a plate and serve serve warm with baked Sadia Extra Crispy Fries as a healthy balanced meal

Ingredients

  • 500g Sadia Chicken Drumsticks
  • 250g basmati rice
  • 1½ cup yogurt
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 small green cardamom pods
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 20 saffron strands
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3-4 tbsp ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Crispy onions for garnishing
  • Pomegranate seeds

Preparation

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and add the onions. Fry the onions until they are dark brown but not burned. Drain onions from the ghee and set aside.
  • To marinate the chicken: Mix together chicken drumsticks, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, salt, chili powder, more than half of the cilantro, half of the fried onions, and the leftover ghee.
  • Set a large pan on low heat and cook the chicken until the chicken is tender, about 20-25 minutes. Set it aside.
  • Soak the saffron in milk and set aside.
  • Soak the rice in boiled water with salt, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon stick and set aside.
  • Grease the bottom of a deep pot with ghee then add the soaked rice. Pour the saffron milk then arrange the drumsticks on top.
  • Put the pot on low heat. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Press some rice into a small bowl and flip it on a serving plate. Remove the bowl and lay 2 drumsticks next to it. Garnish with crispy onion, fresh coriander, and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!

  • 1 Pack Sadia Chicken Franks
  • 1 White Onion, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sadia Mixed Vegetables with corn
  • ½ Cup Sadia Sweet Corn
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley leaves for garnishing

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken franks into slices and fry them in a pan with vegetable oil few minutes to change their color. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the sliced onions and sauté to translucent. Add the green pepper and cook together for 1 minute.
  • Remove from the pan and keep aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté the mixed vegetables with corn for 2 minutes.

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Fresh lemon wedges for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Place the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add the chicken thighs and potatoes to the bowl. Toss well to coat with the marinade.
  • Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken and potatoes on the pan in a single layer.

  • 500g Sadia Tender Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Cooking Cream
  • ½ Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • ½ Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, add olive oil and cook the tender chicken breasts on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Remove chicken breasts and set aside.
  • To the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
  • Whisk over medium high heat until it starts to thicken.
  • Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.
  • Add the chicken breasts back to the pan and cook it for 3 more minutes.
  • Boil Tagliatelle pasta and place it in a big serving plate.
  • Top the pasta with the creamy tender chicken breasts slices and enjoy!
